Lone Star

Went to Lone Star last night.  Why do restaurants think they have to change their menus all the time?  They have taken my favorite meal, garlic medalions, off the menu as well as the french dressing.  I got a Texas Ribeye, which last night had a $5.00 off promotion, medium well.  It was very flavorable and really tasty.  I got a lettuce wedge with thousand island dressing.  I only eat iceberg lettuce so this was my kind of eating. Our waiter, Carl, was very nice, but not quite into our kind of humor we were passing out.  Before we left though, I think he kinda got us. All in all, a good experience.
